Key Responsibilities

  • Working with other WildChina Education staff members to prepare and execute our programs with the goal of meeting and exceeding client’s (teacher and student) expectations
  • Working with our Operators to expand and update our vendor database
  • Working with our Coordinators to prepare documents and other materials for clients
  • Purchasing and preparing materials for programs
  • Joining trips on the ground when needed

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written English
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability with strong communication skills
  • Strong interest in working in experiential education/travel industry
  • An ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment whilst remaining level-headed under pressure
  • An ability to work in a team environment
  • Thorough with a strong attention to detail
  • Software skills
  • Committed to working for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Availability to work 9:30-18:30, 3-4 days per week
  • Availability to work in our Beijing or Shanghai offices at least twice a week
